UK Insurance Buyers Rank FM Global Number One by a Wide Margin for Overall Service
Windsor, England, July 6, 2010 – By a wide margin, FM Global, one of the world’s largest commercial property insurers, has been ranked number one overall for quality service according to the latest annual survey of UK insurance buyers conducted by StrategicRISK magazine, a leading European industry publication.
 
According to the magazine’s UK Corporate Insurance Buyer Survey, FM Global was rated tops for “ease of access to decision makers;” “timely and accurate documentation;” and “value for money given quality of cover” with scores that “completely outranked the rest of the field” the magazine reported.
 
The survey asked UK risk managers from both the private and public sectors to rate and comment on the service that they receive from their insurers. The overall ranking was computed by totaling the scores for each service dimension.
 
“Those who used FM Global’s services gave excellent ratings and very positive feedback,” the magazine said. “Proactive, excellent resources and works closely with the insured” was a typical comment.
